In order to appreciate the sonic beauty of vinyl, you have to be able to
feel it; you have to have a little soul. My guess is, in this case, he does
not, in fact, realize this.
I would further guess that the last time audiohead 'felt' music was when he
shoved a microphone up his ass and hopped around his bedroom, shouting to no
one in particular that he's whichever poster ired him at the moment, before
breaking down in front of his iPod, crying about not being worthy of its
beauty and throwing it out the window, then trying to play the 'Get a free
iPod!' game to replace it and start all over again. Just a guess, though.
