You mean so that the new mix appears to have the two singers singing a duet
together, to the instumental backing of one (or both!) of the two separate
songs? Or to end up with a virtual acapella duet, sans instrumentation?
That's a good question, Marcel / Lesaar, and I'd love to get the answer
myself, so good luck!
I very strongly doubt there's a software solution, myself. Your best bet is
to try the old-fashioned method - contact the artists directly and ask them
to collaborate on a joint effort just for you. I can't see how they could
refuse such a sensible request. I should know.
I once wrote to Elvis Presley and the Fine Young Cannibals, because I liked
the FYC's version of the Presley's "Suspicious Minds", and I wanted one
version in which both singers sing the same song. Unfortunately, I didn't
seem to get a reply from either of them. They must have been busy, I
thought. I later heard that Elvis has been dead for years (because of the
pills and hamburgers, or something) which explains HIS silence, and that the
FYC's had lost interest in singing, so my advice is to make sure that one -
or both - of the artists in question are both still alive before you ask
them.

Just write the lyrics down on a piece of paper, then sing them into a
microphone yourself. No-one will know the difference. It's a well-known fact
that all those singers sound like shite without musical backing.
