I have a new Dell XPS, with 12X DVD-RW. I can play movies, but when I
try to copy files to a blank DVD disk, or when I just try to open a
blank disk, I get a "not accessible" error.
I have tried 4X and 16X DVD-RW blank disks, with same result.
Help?
