That was my point. I didn't say it was of good quality. All I said was
that you're not the first person to think of offering DVDs with footage
you can use to learn non-linear video editing.

It's legitimate in that they're advertising a product similar to yours.
Hopefully they're not too serious of a competitor, though. But you
didn't ask for an evaluation of their product or their business plan,
only if such a thing exists.
