I did start on that (html) a number of months ago but had other more
pressing things to do. Given the decreasing interest in the sort of
things it discusses, I doubt I'll ever do it. However, there is an html
version of the original (not current) version at Shareup Networks. When
I first put it up they liked it and wanted to convert it to html on
their site.
