Tag & Rename is a fine editor, but it doesn't read comments that use descriptors. Mp3Tag
http://www.mp3tag.de/en/ can read and get rid of those. ID3-TagIT
http://id3-tagit.de/english/index.htm (I used old version only) can read comments with
descriptor too, but only if the ID3 tag is version 2.3 or later. I don't know how well
they handle forced page breaks.
