Making it illegal for iTunes to sell to French customers will
significantly cut down on iTMS sales in France. Naturally unless some
kind of IP trace scheme is set up to technologically keep the French off
of iTMS they can just make fraudulent accounts saying that they're
Spanish or Italian or whatever else.
