Generally speaking, the RIAA and BPI aim their sights at those who
*share* files rather than those who download. If they did go after
AllofMP3 users they would have difficulty in obtaining the server logs
- the owners of the site know they are under no legal obligation to
hand them over and they are not going to do so voluntarily.
The RIAA isn't going to sweep this under the carpet, and have said as
such. Watch this space...
