Thanks, yes, that is food for thought. I did get the impression from the
manual that dubbing in 16:9 is possible using -RW if you don't dub at
high speed. It's dubbing from the HDD to DVD which mainly interests me,
rather than directly recording on to DVD.
However, you are quite likely correct. The manual is very detailed - I
need to go through it again, I think!
