I'm wide awake, and what I'm smelling on this NG ain't the coffee. I
don't typically browse my users but when I do, I don't see the masses
of active downloading files - I do see a large number of incompletes,
but those aren't active downloads. I browsed myself once and saw large
numbers of red files, even though I was only downloading about three at
the time. As for your speed problem, I think you might have invented
it by browsing so many users on such a frequent basis. And BTW, who
the fuck says "friggin" anymore?
