Part of the problem is the timescale between attacks - the last
"bout" was 18-24 months ago, during which time car tyres were slashed,
windscreens broken, windows smashed, attacks, and threats at
knifepoint.
All went quiet until the last couple of days, and the crazies have
come "back" out of the blue and started again.
Sadly none of the neighbours have the balls to give witness
statements, and some are "friendly" with the nutters.
