Nobody knows what the settlement date will be. The courts move very
slow anyway, just on normal procedure. Throw in some yayhoo that files
a motion and it could be a year or more. My gut says spring, maybe
March or April if everything goes ok. I'll eat my own hat if it's any
sooner. Don't forget, we got Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years
coming up. No "professional" works from about the week before
Thanksgiving to the week after New Years if they can help it. Must be
nice.
