Or use Shrink to join the two into one.
Import the first file under Reauthor and expand Main. Drag Title to
left window. Then import the second, and do the same thing again. You
should have two Titles in the left window. Right click on one of them
and select various options such as readjusting the start and finish,
selecting a single audio track and single subtitle. Then Backup to an
compressed ISO and burn with DVD Decrypter or Nero.
