He used quie a bit of material from the 11 O'Clock Show during 'Meet Ricky
Gervais' and during his live stand ups (even a few jokes he did on 11oCS
made it onto the DVD commentary). It's like he's been doing the same jokes
for 10 years. Good jokes though. At least Office and Extras appear to be
original writing (although maybe that's Stephan Merchant's input?)
