Im a low/zero budget DV filmmaker

I need a stock shot of a cop car for a recreation of a murder scene

ideally- I'd love the standard siren shot

the camera would have been mounted on the hood/ grill and we see the
front of the cop car and the cop lights flashing as the street moves in
the background

and/or any standard "cop car racing by" shot.

I plan on doctoring the shot so that it matches the fake Black and
white film look I've given the rest of the shot

anybody here have such footage they'd sell to me cheap?

or can recommend a reasonable stock footage company? ( I wanna do a
straight buy out and be done with it, i cant afford to "lease" footage.
