I have the same camera and had the same problem. Turns out there was
a recall on that model as well as other Sony cameras. The CCD chip
went bad after a couple years so now Sony is replacing them free of
charge. That is what is causing the streaks on your video. I got my
camera repaired in Feb. It took about 2 weeks turnaround, not too bad
