I had something similar to this when I bought "Dead End" from Play.com. I
promptly emailed them and said that I wanted to return the DVD for a full
refund as I found it to be unacceptable. I said that there was nothing on
their website about this film containing 8 minutes of must-watch trailers,
and neither was it mentioned on the packaging otherwise I would've returned
it unopened.
Initially they said "no" but when I threatened to involve Trading Standards
they relented and gave me a full refund.
