I purchased a DVE-612 DVD player before moving to England and we can
play all commercial PAL/NTSC DVDs.
The problem we are having is when we create a DVD-Video from AVIs. The
player sometimes will display the menu, but then just spins without
playing. We have tried a number of different media (DVD-R, DVD+R), and
also have tried Nero, Ulead Movie Factory and Sonic. We also have
tried using a couple different burners.
Could this be a Codec issue? Can anyone offer some suggestions for
helping to get this working?
