But I'm out the money that you should have paid for that item, so you just
took money out of my pocket. Its still theft and if you have any morality
you would recognize this. Copyright infringement is theft according to the
law, which again is the 1976 Copyright Act. It doesn't matter that, in your
mind, you don't think of it that way.

Its funny you should bring up the dictionary. Theft is defined as "the act
of taking something from someone unlawfully." Stealing is defined as "To
take the Property of another" Did you catch the "unlawfully" part?? Theft
is not based upon what Bob says but what the law says. Unfortunately for
Bob the law states that copyright infringment is stealing. Did you catch
the "taking something" and "To take property?" Nowhere does it define a
physical object. I.E. It doesn't have to involve a physical item, just a
piece of property. By the way property is defined as "Something tangible or
intangible to which its owner has legal title: properties such as copyrights
and trademarks. (Definitions from dictionary.com)

Bob, you really should be doing some research before you post and make
yourself look so stupid! I recommend checking out the copyright laws, they
can be found at copyright.gov. Also since you seem to think that noone but
you can use a dictionary or are to "dull" to grasp actual law, I recommend
dictionary.com or just go buy one. It would be a great addition to your
library of comic books!
