The RDR is buffering whatever it is currently tuned to, assuming it is
on. If you are using the TV's own tuner, then you obviously cannot
pause. If you are using the RDR's tuner, by watching through one of the
TV's video inputs, then it is buffering as you would expect it. Your TV
is just a monitor in that case.
