You still gotta get the signal cables out, and now you also need to get them
power. And if you run balanced +4 lines, you _can't_ put them in the same
conduit with existing power lines, whereas if you run 70V, you can.
BUT, if there's an old telephone pair out there, you can run balanced line
over it to powered speakers nicely.
The key is to see how much existing infrastructure you can make use of.
