Actually, if you'll check out http://www.osx86project.org/ you'll see
that runnng OS X on a PC is a project that 's been in the works for a
while. We even have one in our office. Do the major manufacturers
look to support it? No - why should they? They would risk losing
their hardware sales eventually.
I know lots of PC users who are interested in using Macs but don't
seriously consider it because their work or other applications are
Windows-based. I also know PC users who used Macs before and preferred
them but switched because they had to. If you don't know of ANY then
you haven't been talking to too many.
