ADVENTURES OF THE BIBLE: MIRACLES OF JESUS, GREATEST ADVENTURES OF THE
BIBLE: MOSES, GREATEST ADVENTURES OF THE BIBLE: NOAH'S ARK, GREATEST
ADVENTURES OF THE BIBLE: THE EASTER STORY, HOW TO KILL A JUDGE, IN THE
MIX, KATIEBIRD *CERTIFIABLE CRAZY PERSON, PAPA ROACH: LIVE AND MURDEROUS
IN CHICAGO, PRIVATE LESSONS, and THE TENANTS:

DIRTY (reviewed by Patrick Bromley, overall score 70/100):
"Been there. Seen that. Don't care."

EXTREME DATING (reviewed by Michael Rankins, overall score 53/100):
"Where to begin? This movie fails so utterly on every count that it's
difficult to know where to assign blame first. "

FIGHTING CARAVANS (reviewed by Paul Corupe, overall score 61/100):
"The latest volume in Lionsgate's middling 'Zane Grey Western Classics'
series, Fighting Caravans is a 70-year old yawn that smells suspiciously
like it's been scraped off the stable floor."

GREATEST ADVENTURES OF THE BIBLE: DAVID AND GOLIATH (reviewed by David
Johnson, overall score 75/100):
"What's the moral of the story? That three kids from the '80s -- not the
God of the universe -- gave David the strength to kick Goliath's ass."

FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/gabdavidandgoliath.php

GREATEST ADVENTURES OF THE BIBLE: MIRACLES OF JESUS (reviewed by David
Johnson, overall score 80/100):
"The animation is adequate and the storytelling no-nonsense, but for
what it's trying to do -- faithfully transmit the Big Man's miraculous
endeavors in an easy-on-the-eyes cartoon format -- the show works."

FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/gabmiraclesjesus.php

GREATEST ADVENTURES OF THE BIBLE: MOSES (reviewed by David Johnson,
overall score 80/100):
"That being said, if you want to get your cartoon Exodus groove on,
dated as it is, Moses and his 'Greatest Adventure' should scratch
that itch."

FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/banmoses.php

GREATEST ADVENTURES OF THE BIBLE: NOAH'S ARK (reviewed by David Johnson,
overall score 75/100):
"While this is a decent animated telling of the famous story, and the
presence of the three outsiders gives it a little more of a spin, I
just find it hard to recommend this disc considering the brevity of
content. "

GREATEST ADVENTURES OF THE BIBLE: THE EASTER STORY (reviewed by David
Johnson, overall score 80/100):
"And here is my plea to parents looking to expose their young kids to a
visual, dramatic enactment of the Easter story: go with this over The
Passion of the Christ. Please. It gets the same job done, but with less
emotional trauma. "

HOW TO KILL A JUDGE (reviewed by Rob Lineberger, overall score 68/100):
"On the count of killing a judge, we find How to Kill a Judge guilty
as charged."

FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/howtokilljudge.php

IN THE MIX (reviewed by Mitchell Hattaway, overall score 55/100):
"If I were twelve, a girl, and an idiot, this would be the greatest
movie ever made. Thing is, I'm none of these things (although the idiot
part is quite often debatable), so I liken watching this movie to having
a colonoscopy without an anesthetic."

KATIEBIRD *CERTIFIABLE CRAZY PERSON (reviewed by Rob Lineberger, overall
score 68/100):
"Split screen techniques, when used judiciously and with a clear intent,
can enhance the viewing experience. Even when used poorly, they can lead
to interesting coincidences. Yet I'm hard pressed to think of any movie
that has successfully framed its entirety in constantly shifting panes.
The technique as used in this movie is not so much disorienting as it is
retina-scrapingly annoying."

PAPA ROACH: LIVE AND MURDEROUS IN CHICAGO (reviewed by Paul Corupe,
overall score 70/100):
"Though musically questionable (and no doubt slightly embarrassing for
the band in hindsight), Papa Roach's rap-metal tracks from their
breakthrough first album clearly stand out against their later work,
which is generic melodic metal that's about as unchallenging as it is
interchangeable."

FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/paparoach.php

PRIVATE LESSONS (reviewed by Patrick Bromley, overall score 62/100):
"It's possible that back in the day, folks may not have batted an eye
at this kind of subject matter -- there was an innocence to it that's
been stripped away over the years, probably by increasingly documented
cases of this kind of thing actually happening. Just ask that teacher
down in Florida."

FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/privatelessons.php

THE TENANTS (reviewed by Mitchell Hattaway, overall score 65/100):
"I wouldn't go so far as to call The Tenants a bad film, but it is a
maddeningly uneven one."
