The "converter" consists of an RCA on one end and an XLR on the other end
with straight wires in between. Go to B&H Photo's web site. Look up part
number B&H Part # COCRMXM10. $11.99. You will need two of them.
Incidentally, they do not convert anything. If looking on a search engine
you will find the term "adapter" more useful.
