Here your file plays in WMP9, WinAmp 5.2, foobar2k 0.8.3 and VLC 0.8.4.

Anomalies-
1) There are 416 zero bytes on the front.
2) Your mp3 is VBR but the VBR tag is incorrectly labelled.
3) There is no seek information in the VBR tag.

Possibly the copyright and original bits may cause WMP10 problems.
