Ah the link is working now.

There's definitely something wrong with the MP3. However, opening it in
the player foobar2000 and using the "fix mp3 header" option fixed it.

I suggest you not use Nero for MP3 encoding. Save WAV files and use
ALL2LAME to encode WAV to MP3.
