 Sorry, I miss understood (or didn't read it carefully enough :-)) your
 original question.  I thought you were after a Capture card not a Video
 card.
 
 Mike was spot on as usual.
 
 A gamer card similar to the one in the link below will do what you want.
 You might need a DVI-HDMI cable for your HDTV.  The nVidia based card has a
 superior GPU to the Matrox which will benefit rendering in PP2.0.  If you
 use AE7.0 then your get a real benefit from the new card.  You probably
 already know that.
