I hate to say it but no. If anything untoward had been happening then I
would have noticed.

Could it be that these other users never even noticed that they were
connected to my router?

I have not been using any of the wireless features so just assumed that
without me setting up these facilities they would not be switched on

We learn from mistakes of course - just wish they were other peoples in this
case!
