One more thing - if you really truly want to narrow down who the
culprits are, google for "cantenna" - you can make a cheap directional
antenna for a wifi adaptor to figure out where they are.
One particular wifi adaptor (Netgear ?!?) which was not readily
available in the UK was also able to take a good guess at the distace to
the remote transmitter, which would help narrow it down a lot further.
