There are a number of different ways to add FX to your clips (I'm going
to go off of memory because I'm not in front of my Vegas at the moment)
1. Applying effects to multiple clips: put all of your clips into 1
track and add a track effect (it will add that effect to all of the
clips in that track) or group the clips you want to add the FX to and
drop the effect on them
2. Copying FX from one clip to another: highlight the clip that already
has the FX, right click on it and select "Copy". Then right click on
the clip that you want to have the effect copied to and select "Paste
Event Attributes". Keep in mind, that it will copy ALL attributes from
the source clip including FX, motion, etc.
