My reply from Screen select is as follows:
Dear Darren, (not my name but close enough)
Thank you for your email.
"There has been some confusion surrounding the £20 voucher promotion
offer on dvd.co.uk's website. There is in fact an error on their web
page, whereby customer's are selecting the promotional code link for
the £20 voucher but actually linking up to a £5 voucher code. The
promotional code that is on your account is DVD52 which is in fact the
£5 voucher offer. However your details have been passed onto my
supervisor who is trying to sort out everything as soon as possible."
So from this they have acknowledged that this is DVD.co.uk's error that
linked some people to the wrong promotion...so they should manually
correct the error and issue 4 of the £5 vouchers or one of the £20
If they refuse, then they are trying to wriggle out of paying for
whatever reason.
