Really interesting that everyone who emails them gets a different response.
It suggests to me that there really is just mass confusion and the whole
thing is terribly organised rather than a cynical bait-and-switch.
Where they say 'your details have been passed onto my supervisor', I wonder
if they mean (as it sounds) just your case, or everyone who has entered the
'wrong' code.
Is there a happy ending in sight?
