I hear you Bill, at least it won't have the comparative cost of your
BVW600D. That XDCAM HD is a nice bit of kit for the money.
I've got one of those IVC 1"A VCR's, must weigh a 100lbs or more, it's
in the barn sitting along side an equally over sized top loading
Umatic, maybe they'll become collectable antiques? I should have picked
up one of those triple lens pedestal tube cameras when they were being
thrown into skips a while back. I see them selling for a thousand pounds
and more as foyer art for media offices would you believe!
