Mine arrived today....a frickin 5 one. I have written to dvd.co.uk
pointing out that the error has already been acknowledged by SS and
DVD.co.luk so if they don't replace the 5 voucher code with a 20
one I will write to trading standards.
I also pointed out that there were a few more peeps here that had been
duped by the wrong code also

I'm getting no joy from them. I definately entered the correct code. The
only thing I can think of is that a month or so ago I 'began' setting up a
screenselect account. I got through the 1st step but then changed my mind.
Shouldn't have affected anything as I didn't finalise the process. They are
adamant that no code was on my account. I cancelled it and set up a second,
in my spouses name but that hasn't been activated (wise to the same unusal
surname maybe). They do not answer my mails either. Hate doing this as it's
a point of principle and I hate to see companies get away with bad service
like this, but I'm going to have to let this one go. If they aren't
answering my mails, there's not a whole lot else I can do (at the end of the
day, weighing up the time and effort to fight them against 20)
