Yep, I got a 5 voucher too. So they are asking *me* to go to DVDUK and
explain there mistake? Okay. If I wasn't (hopefully) getting something foir
nothing, I'd be annoyed right now.
Anyway, time for another email to DVDUK to see if they'll upgrade me to the
20 voucher. I wonder if it'll be possible to get the 20 voucher and still
use the 5 voucher. Or I wonder if the mistakes they make only work one way?
Anyway, good luck people, we're getting somewhere anyway, even if it's not
our intended destination yet.
