The 'etc' bit of 'can't remove vhs tape etc.' is not very helpful. Try
posting what ALL the problems are. I take it the tape ejection is
intermittent or else Comet could hardly say nothing was wrong. I'd take it
back to Comet again and if they refuse to replace it say you'll have to
take them to the 'small claims court' see here:
