Any VCR with a scart will be capable of outputting the contents of a tape
Any DVD recorder will be capable of receiving the output from a tape via the
scart
However, if you are looking to copy tapes you have purchased from shops then
I suggest you put the word "Lektropack" into your search engine of choice
Personally, I would use the best quality DVD recordable disks you can get
your hands on - Comet, Currys & Dixons generally stock the best stuff
