Basically I am wishing to obtain (via purchase or trade) the European
and/or Television versions of Highlander 2.
HIGHLANDER 2: EUROPEAN VERSION
This is the lost 100 minute version made for European audiences. This
version is sometimes referred to as "The British Version". This version
maintains the Planet Zeist references but is edited similar to the
Renegade Version. It has scenes that are neither in the American
Theatrical Cut or Renegade Version.
HIGHLANDER 2: LOST TELEVISION VERSION
This is the edit that used to be shown on many television broadcasts.
Both versions contain an ending that is different from the Renegade
version and the American Theatrical Cut: Connor and Louise return to
Planet Zeist in the last scene.
The "Special Edition" DVD of Highlander 2 has some raw footage of this
Zeist ending (sometimes referred to as "The Alternate Fairytale
Ending"). But the effects are incomplete and it's edited differently.
In the European and Television Versions, the effects are completed.
If anyone has either the Television or European versions (that contain
the Zeist ending), I would be very interested in purchasing or trading
with you. It doesn't matter what format or frame-rate it's in. Send
