Well I've told everyone I know "in the real world", so it's time I shared
with you...
Up until last week I thought I was due to NEVER get broadband out here in
the sticks, 7 miles from the outer edge of the City of Cork, Ireland.
....but then, on the off-chance, I re-contacted a wireless bb company and
they said they _do_ have a new mast in my area.. so he came out on Saturday,
pointed his dish and YES! I *CAN* get it!! WOOHOO!!
Ok, snigger all you like at my 512k/256k connection, but there is a new joy
in my life and I just have to share it, seeing as everyone I know already
knows how miserable I was without it.
