Is your Nero OEM?
Nero does not care anything about the device. Others use USB2 external
drives.
However, to install Nero OEM, you must have the hardware you got Nero with
in the system.
My answer is convoluted, because your question is obtusely worded, yet
again. And that is NOT being pedantic.
