 Re cell phones, I suggest you find a post by Reginald Blue in
 microsoft.public.windows.mediacenter and check his sig file.
 
 BTW, AFAIK, even the built-in ringtones of all cell phones are weird,
 so don't blame it on downloaded ringtones :-)
