With reference to my previous posts regarding the screen
select/DVD.co.uk £20 Voucher fiasco, where they screwed up the voucher
code and only issued a £5 Voucher and seemed unable to understand or
care.
Result!! After many emails and annoying relpies and threats of
involving trading standards and promises to cancel and take my business
to a company that understands what I am telling them and can rectify
simple problems and take responsibility for their errors, I got the
following...
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am pleased to tell you that Screenselect have instructed us to issue
you a £20 pound voucher.
Please use the same code as before ; 1********5
I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
