Seconded. After a couple of mails to DVD, I sent a single mail to SS,
saying that I had heard a number of complaints of DVD refusing to
release the voucher and asking them to confirm the code I had used when
I signed up. Voucher was in my mailbox within half an hour of their
confirmation, and a greatly reduced 24: The Game is currently sitting
comfortably atop my playstation.
