Along the same subject.. I saw a great tutorial on how they key the
green screen on the video show "Mac Minute". I think the episode was
called 1080p-part 3. Anyway, it was pretty fascinating.. they use Shake
to do it. They showed pretty much the whole process they go though in a
nice 15 minute or so video.
You might also want to watch that show. It's on iTunes, under podcast,
and its free.
