My wife had a DBS (dumb blonde syndrome) moment the other day and
grabbed a DVD off the top of our player, put it in the envelope and
returned it. She later realized it wasn't a Netflix owned DVD. I
sent an email to Netlfix and they told me they couldn't help me unless
I knew what the title of the mistakenly returned DVD was.

Seems like they could flag it in the system and when it hits the
scanners, it could be intercepted and returned to us.

The response was within 24hrs. You would think they would have to have
this scenario built into their system.
