Seventy percent of US oil use goes to transportation. Get that under
control and you'll have a glut of petroleum for other products.
Biodiesel looks interesting.

Combine alternate fuels with conservation and more efficient vehicles and I
think we'd go a good way toward eliminating foreign oil problems.
I'd also trade ANWR drilling rights for a doubling of fuel efficiency
standards.
We're not talking about levitation. This is something that can certainly be
done, once the will is there.
