And you've never seen it either. Sorry.
NTSC is a description of colorimetry, frame dimensions,
sweep methods and rates, etc. There are many DIFFERENT
ways of encoding/compressing/transmitting/storing NTSC.
You both seem to be confusing the method of transmission
and storage with the signal defenition.
