 Look at the active side of that disc with a strong light and
 magnifying glass. Look for a 1 mm long streak somewhere along the
 outer bands.
 
 I always use Verify when I burn a disc. That's how I caught several
 bad discs that would have otherwise been considered good until I found
 out the hard way that they were bad.
