Please don't be insulted by this idea, I mean it constructively (and
I've made dumber mistakes than the one I'm suggesting!). For me, it's
the kind of thing I can look at 10 times and never see it :-)
If you programmed in a stop time, did you make sure it had the next
day's date?
My psychic powers envision a program scheduled to start at 11:30 PM on
4 May 2006 and schedule to stop at 12:30 AM on 4 May 2006 (instead of 5
May).
Other than that, it seems like it would have to be a bug. You might see
if Sony has posted a firmware update, assuming they have learned about
the bug.
