You can't tell Fred anything. He knows it all; just ask him.
I guess he doesn't realize that Europeans have been successfully using
biofuels made from switchgrass for several years now. Just one acre of
switch grass can yield 1200 gallons of fuel a year. Hemp makes even more
sense than switchgrass, as an acre can yeild 1,000 gallons every four
months. But given America's bias against anything that could even remotely
be considered drug related; it will never happen.
